Andy Chaplin posted a condolence

To the Dunning family,
Firstly, may I pass on my sincere condolences. I believe I have two oil paintings by Kenneth and I have spent many months and years looking for more of his fine work. I bought them from an antique shop in Salisbury a number of years ago. He was a very fine artist and as a Yorkshireman I knew that part of Scarborough very well and Kenneth captured its essence wonderfully. I look upon these paintings every day and each time I am mesmerised by their quality and vibrant colour. I feel very privileged to be able to admire the talent Kenneth possessed and I will continue to treasure them each and every day. My best wishes and kindest regards, Andy Chaplin.

Ken and Doreen were great neighbours to our children and us. I have fabulous memories of visiting for a glass of Red and listening to Ken's stories. Doreen's baking is second to none. What a wonderful man with such life and vision. He will always be remembered. With Love, The Sabo Family
