Obituary of Margaret Brazier

Margaret Brazier (nee Burd) 1917 - 2014 "Two Lives - One Dream" It is with deep sadness that the family announces the passing of Margaret early on Christmas morning. Cherished wife of the late Sydney, beloved mother of Peggy Ahearn (Mike), Peter (Lorri) and Rick (Gwen). Dear sister of Joe Burd. Margaret was a much loved Nana to her grandchildren Jennifer, Ted, Erin, Sarah and Melissa and her great grandchildren Brad, Thomas, Michael, Maggie, Isabel and Oliver. Margaret was a gracious lady, very independent throughout her life. With her husband, Syd, she was the inspiration behind Margaret's Delicatessen and Margaret's Donuts. A truly remarkable woman, we will miss her. A private family service has been held. Donations in Margaret's memory to CNIB appreciated.
