Obituary of John Hiatt

John Frederick Hiatt P. Eng October 25, 1928 - November 2, 2014 With love and sadness. A resident of Markham, John has slipped away with his family by his side on Sunday November 2, 2014 at Markham Stouffville Hospital. He is survived by his dearest wife of 59 years, Joyce (Hayes). Dearest dad of Michael (Cynthia) Hiatt and Cheryl (James) Sandiford. He is dearly missed by his grandchildren Emily Joy Sandiford, Laura Rose Sandiford and Daniel Wellwood. Also missing him are his sister Doris (William Arthur) Vicary, brother Dennis (Maureen) Hiatt and sister Iris Mollison all of England. John enjoyed his time working at Collins Radio and Imagineering. He worked long and hard for his family. In lieu of flowers donations to a charity of your choice. Friends may call at Dixon-Garland Funeral Home 166 Main Street North, Markham on Thursday from 7-9 pm. Service in the chapel on Friday at 1 pm.
