Who would have thought when we met 43 years ago that we would become such close friends. Elllie was very special to us. Ellie's annual visits to Western New York always included a trip to the mall. Price tags removed from clothing just before her trip home to insure a relaxing trip across the bridge.
We always wanted to make sure we fed Ellie and Eddie well because Ellie was such a good cook herself. Beautiful meals were prepared by Ellie before we left for home after our visit up to Toronto, Scarborough or Markham. We would ask for recipes because her food tasted so good, but we just couldn't duplicate them. Not the same without the "Miss Ellie touch"
We have many, many memories of our time spent with Ellie. Coming up to see plays, going to dinner theater at the barn, celebrate her retirement, hang window treatments . So much more. We are so blessed to have had Ellie in our lives.
