My deepest condolence to Helena, Louie, Julian and Maria. Frank was a like a father to me, a mentor to me, and most importantly, a friend to me. He took the time to talk to me and always gave me his full attention. As a young child growing up he always gave me good advice and tried hard to steer me in the right direction towards manhood, he always encouraged me to become a better person.
