Obituary of Domenico Giunta

Giunta, Domenico Salvatore - It is with heavy hearts that we announce after a valiant battle with cancer on Saturday, June 14th, 2014 at Lakeridge Hospital, Domenico Salvatore Giunta went peacefully to be with his Lord and Saviour while surrounded by his family. Taken too soon at the young age of 49, he will remain forever in the heart of his cherished wife Patricia. He will never be forgotten by his adored children Nathaniel, Juliana, Jeremiah and Isaiah. Cherished son of Benny and Francesca. Beloved son-in-law of Edgar and Olive Anstey. Devoted brother to Luisa (Darryl) and Rosanna (Chad). Beloved brother-in-law to Dexter, Carilyn (Rick), Stephen (Denise), Paula(Philip), Lisa and Richard. Loving Zio to Carlos, Daniel, Logan and Ethan. Loving Uncle to Michelle, Lucas, James, Brandon, Tyler, Mitchell, Nicholas and Chandler. Domenic will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all of his Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and friends. Domenic's legacy will live on forever as he left a foot print on everyone's life who knew him. We look forward to the day when we meet again in Heaven. Friends will be received at the DIXON-GARLAND FUNERAL HOME, 166 Main Street N. (Markham Road) Markham on Sunday June 22, 2014 from 1-4 & 7-9 pm Funeral Service will be held at The Gathering Place, 1920 Bayle Street Pickering, on Monday at 11 am. Interment Duffin Meadows Cemetery with reception to follow. In lieu of flowers or charitable donations, friends and family are welcome to donate to a trust fund set up for Domenic's four children.
