My heart goes out to all the Stewart family at this very difficult time. Dave was always very good to me while I landscaped in the neighbourhood. When he saw my truck parked anywhere in the neighbourhood he would always stop by for a chat. He recommended my company to many people and I will always be grateful for his support. With my family moving to Calgary last fall, we wont be able to attend in person but our thoughts and prayers will be with the family.

We first met Dave at Scarborough college (UofT) in September of 1968. I was a student in my first year, as was Dave, while Beth worked at the college. It was easy to be drawn to someone who lived on the fun side of life. We enjoyed ourselves and had a lot of fun during those times when we were't actually trying to get a degree. After graduation people tend to drift off in different directions, but contact with Dave and Anneliese continued. In all the intervening years Dave's smile was always there, as was that glint in his eyes and his joy of life. He will be fondly and forever remembered. Tom & Beth
