JACKSON, Bessie Madeline - It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Bessie on March 13, 2014 in her 87th year. Loving wife of the late Donald. Survived by brother Herbert Scott (Shirley). Devoted mother of Larry (Cheryl), Cathy (Jim), Linda (John), Ricky (Kathy) and Darryl. Beloved grandma of Sean (Sherry), Kerri, Jason (Megan), James, Jenna, Robbie and Kayla. Proud great-grandma of Nicole, Riley and Carter. She was one of the sweetest, kindest, funniest, most dedicated and loving people to grace our world. A Celebration of Life will be held at the DIXON-GARLAND FUNERAL HOME, 166 Main Street N. (Markham Road) Markham, on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at 2 p.m. If desired, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or to the Markham Stouffville Hospital.
