Peacefully on December 04, 2024 in her 94th year. Loving mother of Jerry & Maureen, Brian & Ellen & Luanne.

Proud grandmother to Michelle (Steve) and Glenn (Evie). Great Grandma to Sophie, Theo & Tessa.

Normally. Predeceased by her parents Fred and Lillian Byer and former husband David Ratcliff.

Private family interment. Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Mom was born on her parents’ farm in Atha, ON. She attended Atha Public School, Stouffville High

School and then went onto Canada Business College in Toronto. Mom graduated from her course

in 7 months. In the 60’s, mom fostered for Children’s Aid Society of Toronto with looking after 26

children in 5 years. After raising her children, in 1970, Mom went to work at the CIBC Stouffville

until her retirement in 1995. Mom loved to sing and was an original member of Youth for Christ. She

was also a life member with the Stouffville Horticultural Society.
