Leishman, John Douglas

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of John Leishman on Saturday, October 19, 2024 at the age of 82. Loving father of Jen (Pete) and Jeff (Belinda). Adoring and cherished grandfather of Sydney, Kate and Brie who lovingly called him "Papa John." Partner and companion of Reggie Morgan. Eldest brother of Neil and Grant. For all that knew John his appreciation of life and sense of humour were infectious. His three granddaughters were his pride and joy. Words cannot describe how greatly he will be missed. In keeping with John's wishes there will be no visitation or funeral service, rather an interment at Greenhill Cemetery in Lucknow where he will be laid to rest beside his beloved mother Mary Leishman (Douglas).
