We had the pleasure of meeting Howard and Bev in Dominican Republic while on vacation. We had a great time had alot of fun! We shared and talked about our lives, family etc. It was as though we had been friends for many yrs. We continued our friendship afterwards. We will always remember Howard and we were blessed to have met him. Our condolences to Bev and family! RIP Dear Howard.
