Charlie was a Gentleman, extremely Helpful and not the typical Supervisor. He knew how to treat co-workers and employees with Absolute respect. You just wanted to do whatever he requested knowing the job would be done correctly and somehow help him standout as Thee Best person in Toronto Hydro who accomplished things!!! Charlie was The Best Street Lighting Supervisor, Boss Ever in Toronto Hydro History now.

Charlie and I worked together in Toronto Hydro. He was very kind and helpful to me, especially during amalgamation of Utilities. We managed to protect jobs of many long term employees of Hydro. I offer my heartfelt condolences to Charlie’s family.

Charlie was one of the first people I met in Station Construction. He took me under his wing and probably taught me more than anyone else. He was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and well respected. Above all, he was a decent and kind man. RIP Charlie. Mike Healey
