Obituary of Peter Bachetti

Peter Ugo Bachetti (1982-2024)

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Peter Ugo Bachetti. He passed away in
hospital, after a short illness, surrounded by love and family on July 3rd 2024. He will forever be
missed by his loving and beloved wife Amy (nee Bidwell) Bachetti and his dog Loki. Pete leaves
his heartbroken parents Quinto and Maureen Bachetti and his aunt Suzanne Tremblay. He will
be missed by his parents-in-law Virginia and Wayne Bidwell, and brother-in-law Nick Bidwell.
Pete also leaves his godfather Lino Bachetti and countless family and friends, far and wide.
Pete loved being outside especially while golfing, camping, hiking or visiting the zoo. He was an
avid collector, especially of Lego and Hot Wheels. He was an exceptional cook and enjoyed
watching the food network and trying new recipes. He was a real people person and in constant
contact with family and friends all over. His kind heart and generosity were boundless and will
truly be missed by all. He was always the life of the party and really did live life to the fullest. He
will live on forever in so many of our hearts.
Donations can be made to Markham Food Bank. Arrangements have been made for July 12th
at Dixon Garland funeral home.
