Patricia Clarke, wife of Jim Clarke and mother of Paul (Irma) and Sharon (Jose') died at Chartwell Aurora Long Term Care Residence on July 4th. She was born on February 28, 1938 and passed away peacefully in her sleep. Beloved grandmother or Sean, Trina and Liam, she will be greatly missed. Mass will be celebrated at St. Patrick Church (on 5633 Hwy 7) in Markham on Friday July 12th at 11:30am.
