Cory has always been a dear friend of mine. though we have lived thousands of miles from each other for the last 30 years. She taught me to dance, and how to teach dance. She was always so encouraging and supportive, including plays I wrote, whcih eventually took me to live far away. She was beautiful, intelligent, warm hearted, generous, kind, a smart business person, crafty and artistic, a great dog lover, and so much more. I will always hold a special place for Cory in my heart, as she felt like a soul sister to me, and I will remember her with the highest regards as someone who positively and profoundly touched my life.

I still remember Cory greeting me at Sound Strokes Studios. With her energy and warmness, it was always great to see her prior to my childhood music lessons. I also still remember her art, including her digital art that she shared with me while I was waiting for my turn. That exposure was a key part of my understanding of computer graphics and imaging, which has been critical to things I've done in my career. I'll never forget her zooming into some of her images and seeing the detail be redrawn on screen. I’ll always be grateful for the fun and creativity that she shared.
