Tim was always a very positive, kind and warm gentle person. I met Tim through his wife Barbara who he adored and loved so much.
Although he is no longer here with us, I am comforted with the thought that he is thrilled to be reunited with his one true love. I am sure they are celebrating his birthday together wherever they are.
My deepest sympathy to his family.
