Obituary of Albert Edward Riches

RICHES, Albert Edward – God called Albert peacefully on Friday, June 16, 2023.  He is now reunited with his late wife Elsie (2011), son David (2017), and his late siblings.  Albert is deeply missed by his son Stephen (Elizabeth) and his Granddaughter Annelise (Jeremy).  He will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives, and to all who knew him.

Friends are invited to gather on Thursday, June 22, 2023 at the Dixon-Garland Funeral Home, 166 Main Street North, Markham, (905) 294-2030 from 10 am until service time in the Dixon-Garland Chapel at 10:30 o’clock. 

Following the service, guests are invited to the Funeral Home Reception Centre for a time of fellowship and a light luncheon.  Albert’s committal and interment will follow in Resthaven Memorial Gardens, 2700 Kingston Road, Scarborough, ON, (416) 267-4653.  If desired, donations in Albert’s memory may be made to Markham Bible Chapel and would be appreciated by the family.
