Obituary for Catherine Todd (McArthur)  June 13, 1932 -  April 30, 2023

Cathy Todd passed away peacefully at Amica seniors residence in Unionville on April 30th in her 90th year. Loving wife of Harry for 43 years. Beloved mother of John (Deanna), and Scott. Grandmother to Austin, Thomas and Coral . Sister of late Mary, Margaret, Neil, Angus and Roddy. Dear daughter of the late Mary (MacTaggart) and Neil Mcarthur, whom immigrated from Scotland in 1920. 

Cathy had a zest for life and a wit second to none, and lived the majority of her life in Markham and Unionville. Cathy and Harry called Glenhollow Court in Unionville home for over 40 years and enjoyed spending weekends at the family cottage on Healey Lake since the mid 1960’s.  

The Family would like to thank the staff at Amica Unionville for making the last few years as comfortable as possible. Visitation will be at Dixon Garland Funeral Home on Tuesday May 16th, from 3:00 - 7:00pm. Funeral Service will be held at Unionville Presbyterian Church on Wednesday May 17th at 10:00 am, followed by a private family interment. Reception details will follow at the Service.
