Dear Lea, Linda and Dorothy. I was sad to read of your Mom's passing. I remember her so well and she was my Mom's best friend. My younger sister Nancy Jane Gibson was named after her. Mom and Dad had so many good times with your parents in Agincourt and at the cottage on Cameron Lake. You will have so many memories to comfort you now that your Mom has joined your Father. Take care, Norma

Thank you Norma for your kind sentiments and memories. Yes our mothers were very good friends and I know Mom valued her friendship with your mother so much. Yes the memories of Mom's life are real comfort as I know she really enjoyed her family, friends and all the many fun times over the years.--Lea

Your mum was a very special woman. I have so many good memories of her on Reidmount, Cameron Lake, Markham and Orrville. She was incredibly patient with all the shenanigans we put her through, and ‘parented’ all of us at the cottage with such humour and common sense. Also, try as we may to pull a fast one over on her as teenagers, it could not be done! Nancy had a ‘spidey sense’ for mischief that always left me in awe. I will fondly remember her great laugh, delicious pies, kindness, warmth and her welcoming open door. Dave and I are so very sorry you have lost your wonderful mum.

We are so happy to have the chance to have many wonderful get togethers. We have many great memories; especially the family gatherings at Linda's cottage. We will cherish those deeply. Sending all of our love your way, Heather, Doug and Family

Our thoughts and prayers are with you Lea, Linda and Doe. If there is a Cameron Lake in heaven then your dad, dressed in his Sunday best, would have water skied up to the dock to greet your mom to continue their journey together once again. Your mom was an angel on this earth and had earned her wings long ago. Rest in Peace Aunt Nancy.

I have know Nancy for close to 50 years and she was a great inspiration to keep exercising. She did Charlene Pickett exercises every day and was a great advocate of physical fitness.
