Verna Mary Bell

March 7, 1932 – February 24, 2023

It is with heavy heart that the family of Verna Bell announces her peaceful passing surrounded by family on February 24, 2023 at North York General Hospital.

She is survived by her brothers Earl Hodgson, Andy Hodgson and his mother Irene, late brothers Arnold, Tony and late sister Elva, her son Douglas Bell, daughter in law Mary Ellen, late son Richard Bell, daughter Lynda Terry, son in law Douglas Terry, daughter Cheryl Bell and partner Alan McOnie, five grandsons, one granddaughter, two great grandsons and one great granddaughter.

A memorial service will be held on March 5, 2023 at 1:00 pm followed by a reception at Dixon-Garland Funeral Home located at 166 Main Street North, Markham Ontario.
