Passed away peacefully on Monday, February 13, 2023.  Linford will be missed by his loving wife Lilieth, his daughter Sidoney, his sons, Bancroft (Diedre) and Valence (Jennifer), his six grandchildren – Tekeshia, Jada, Maya, Robert, Joshua and Serena, and his three great-grandchildren, Chles, Cree and Storme.  He is now at peace and reunited in Heaven with his parents, siblings and numerous loved ones.  Linford will be held dear in the hearts of his family, friends, and to all who knew him.  A visitation will take place on Friday, March 3, 2023 at the Dixon-Garland Funeral Home, 166 Main Street North, Markham (905) 294-2030 from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m.  A service to celebrate the life and legacy of Linford Howden will take place on Saturday morning March 4, 2023 at 11 o'clock in Unionville Baptist Church, 243 Main Street, Unionville, (905) 479-0942.  Interment will follow in Christ the King Cemetery, 7770 Steeles Avenue East, Markham.
