My son, Samuel, spent several years with Aunt Audrey in Markham. We took her shopping at the mall almost every Saturday. When we returned to her home we shared hot dogs with beans on top. The three of us loved sharing our time today.
We will miss her deeply.

So sorry to hear of Audrey’s passing. She was one amazing lady. I had the privilege of working with Audrey at Grace Church Markham Nursery School for many years. She was always so full of energy and loved working with the many, many kids who came to our school. The kids loved her as she was a grandmother figure to so many!
She was a wonderful baker and we so enjoyed her butter tarts. Audrey was known to the staff as the best person to bring egg salad or her famous potato salad!
When 5 of us retired we used to get together at Swiss Chalet and we were known as the Fab Five. Audrey was definitely a Fab Lady!!
Thinking of all the family!

We moved to this area in 1991 and Mrs. Pike was one of our first neighbours that we met on our daily walks with our dog. We always had nice conversations with her when she was sitting outside. Our dog, Daisy, would stop and pull us up her driveway to see Mrs. Pike for a wee cuddle and if Daisy was fortunate to be there at the right time, Mrs. Pike would share her bowl of ice cream!
We are so sorry for your loss, Mrs. Pike will be greatly missed.
