Obituary of Ludmilla Wensing

God called Ludmilla (Milla) peacefully on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 and she is now reunited in heaven with her husband Heinz (2020).  She will be missed by her children Monika (Bernie), Andreas (Theresa), Helga (Tom) and predeceased by Bernhard (Irene) and is cherished by her 12 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.  Milla will be held dear in the hearts of her family, relatives, and many friends who were always welcome in her home.

Visitation will take place at the Dixon-Garland Funeral Home, 166 Main Street North, Markham, Ontario. (905) 294-2030 from 2-5pm on Sunday, January 15, 2023.  Ludmilla’s funeral mass will be celebrated in St. Patrick’s Parish, 5633 Highway 7 Markham on Monday, January 16, 2023 at 10:30am.  Please meet at the church.  Internment will follow at Christ the King Catholic Cemetery (7770 Steeles Ave. East, Markham).  Family and friends are invited back to the Dixon-Garland Funeral Home following the internment for a light lunch and refreshments.

In lieu of flowers a donation in Ludmilla’s memory to Sharelife would be appreciated.

The family welcomes all guests back to the Funeral Home for a time of food and fellowship following the Burial Service.
