My condolences to the family, I was so sorry to hear of Moya’s passing. I knew Moya from the trainings I attended as well as other training she would provide to our staff. Moya taught me all that I know about HoghScope. I looked forward to her visits to CA, we’d go shopping together, have a little dinner, and have a glass of white wine. I could talk with Moya all night if I could. We’d talk about family, grandchildren especially, the education field, and political concerns. I still remember celebrating her birthday during our TOT training, as a joke we placed a Barbie on her cake; not her favorite symbolism of what a perfect little girl should look like. We have truly lost a wonderful, caring women, she touched many hearts. I will miss her greatly!

Working with Moya as HighScope Field Consultants and Colleagues was some of my best times as a trainer. Learning from her the "tricks" of the trade were not only enlightening but humorous. From the time I met her, I've always loved her. I affectionately called her my MoyMoy, and she will always be in my heart.
My prayers are with her children, grandchildren and all who loved her.

Dear Sarah and David,
My deepest condolences to you and your family during this time. Your mother was an amazing woman and she will truly be missed. Like many others, she changed my life 15 years ago when I first met her in Montreal. I will always remember the special times your mother and I spent together. She was so proud of her children and grandchildren. Moya’s memory will live on forever.
Sincerely yours,
Amélie Lambert

I had the privilege of knowing Moya over the last 6 years. I enjoyed many of her trainings through Options for Learning. She was an inspiration and made learning fun and exciting. I enjoyed having several conversations discussing education and the HighScope curriculum. I send you my deepest sympathy to your family, but know she will live on through all the memories of others and how she impacted the lives of so many.

I would like to send my sincere condolences to Moya’s family on the loss of your wonderful Mom and Grandmother. I loved her. She was one of the nicest people I knew and just naughty enough to be a lot of fun.
During the last difficult weeks, when she really wasn’t well, we talked several times on the phone. She never lost her sense of humour and she never failed to tell me that she was so blessed by her family, her friends and her work. Of course, I know that we are the ones who were blessed by her presence in our lives. Her legacy is so far reaching when I think not only of her family and her many friends, but of the many teachers she trained and their impact on the lives of young children. Rest in peace, dear Moya!

My heart goes out to Sarah and David and all the family. I feel so fortunate to have shared so many memories with your mom… most happy and some sad but throughout we had each other and she was always a stalwart friend.
When Moya placed her ECE students in my kindergarten classroom they changed the focus of my teaching methods and I learned that silly games and fun activities are what really engage young children.
I will cherish our friendship forever. I’m so grateful that Moya was part of my life.

My Condolences to your whole family. It is such a huge loss for so many. Moya touched so many lives, young and old. It was always fun when Moya taught us HighScope, she would have many beautiful family photos to share on her screen. She has left a mark on this world with her passion, love and teachings. May your many memories help you through your loss.

My deepest condolences... Moya was, still is and always will be the inspiration to me and to thousands of Educators. When I think High Scope, I think Moya. When I think Moya, I think of an amazing person with a great sense of humor, passion for children and for what she did - mentoring so many Educators who want to be like her, who want to make a difference in children's lives. Such a loss for all of us...
My deepest condolences to the family.
Tatiana.
