Obituary of Claudia Lynn Gilligan

It is with sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Claudia Lynn Gilligan at the age of 76 on Saturday, August 27th at Markhaven Long Term Care Home. Beloved wife of Dan and mother of Scott, Mark and predeceased by her daughter Linda. Grandmother of Allison, Haley, Bryce, Ethan and Rhiannon. The family would like to give special recognition to the wonderful care provided by the folks at Markhaven for their outstanding care and support. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will happen on Tuesday September 6th at Saint Patrick’s Church (located at 5633 Highway # 7 in Markham) at 10:30 am. A celebration of life will take place with a mini luncheon immediately after at Dixon-Garland funeral home (166 Main St. North, Markham Village).In lieu of flowers please donate to your favourite charity /cause.
