Aunt Eileen truly was one of a kind. Watching the service I was reminded of many of the Eileen “isms” and could not help but smile as I recounted many fond memories. Aunt Eileen you were loved by many, and will forever remain in our hearts.

I am sending deepest condolences to the family I was very lucky to have the honor of speaking to Queen Nana we spoke twice a day singing our song You are my Sunshine and when it ended she would always say I would never take your Sunshine away .There are so many joys qw shared the jokes she told when I constantly reminded her how beautiful she was she would question me and ask if there was something wrong with my eyes .If she'd hear a voice while we spoke right away she would know who that voice belonged to .We would go through her kids, grandkids and great grands and when she would get them all right she'd question hw she'd manage that then she'd say God helped her .You My Sunshine will always be in my heart

Jocelyne and I send our deepest condolences to Bev, Brad and the entire family. Your Mom and Dad were great friends of my parents, so much so that they were, and remain, Aunt Eileen and Uncle Jim in my mind. We had lost touch but still hold fond memories of some wonderful times spent together. I would very much appreciate it if I could be contacted as to when the memorial service is to be held. (Donfry@sympatico.ca) If at all possible, I would like to attend.

We wish to express our deepest condolences to the family on the sad passing away of Eileen. She was a neighbour and companion at the dining table to my sister Vivienne at Woodhaven and I enjoyed many conversations with Eileen on my frequent visits to Woodhaven. We joked, we laughed and shared many stories with each other. To my question to her each day as to how she was doing, she would say: “so long as I am above the grass, I am well.” She was the cutest person there, never wanting for anything and with always a pleasant smile for all. We already feel her absence in Woodhaven and will miss her dearly.
Dear Eileen, May you enjoy peace, happiness and the blissful vision of God in heaven!
