Obituary of William Hood

Hood, William John It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of 'Bill' on January 22, 2014 at the age of 88 at Sunnybrook Hospital following a sudden onset of severe pneumonia. He will be greatly missed by his loving wife Betty of 67 years, as well as his children and their spouses Bill and Debbie, Dennis and Shirley, Kelly and Gerard and David and Nicole. He will be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren, Amberly, Ashley, Christian, Tammy, Krystle, Jamie, Mason, and also by his 6 great grandchildren. Bill's family was his greatest focus. He spent his life caring for and nurturing others. His love of life and laughter will be sorely missed. He demanded little but gave a lot. His life was a blessing and he will be forever remembered by his family, friends and those who knew him.
