I worked with Leo a number of years ago at the Town of Markham Parks Department. Leo and l got along very good . I always considered Leo a friend. It was a sad day for me when he transferred over to the Town of Markham water department. Rest in piece my friend, Jim Higgs. Town of Markham parks Department (Retired).

Jim, my dad often spoke well of you. Thank you for remembering him. He loved working with all of you in both the parks and waterworks department.

We were lucky enough to have the best neighbour for many years! Leo was always willing to lend a helping hand and had truly the best tips and advice on construction and gardening.
