It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jim on Wednesday, November 24th , 2021.

Jim passed away peacefully at home at the age of 66, with his loving family by his side. Predeceased by his parents Mary and Melvin Boland and loving son David.
Beloved husband to his wife Lynn (Coffey) of 44 years, brother to Vera Carter (George) and wonderful father of Graham and Eric.

Jim retired from IBM Canada in 2018. He was an avid Leader and District Commissioner for Scouts Canada, billiards player, marksman, Tri-ang trains enthusiast, camper, role model and family man. Jim fought to do what he loved until his last day. He is dearly missed. Memories will be forever cherished.

A special thanks to all the health care professionals who played such an important role in Jim’s life.
