I hate puns. But Bill was the only one who could make me laugh with one. It’s sad to think I will not see him at again at IKEA. My heart to the family.

We want to extend our condolences to Marilyn and the Maloney family. Bill was a golfing buddy that was introduced to me by my long time friend Bob Hughes.
I also called Bill my “cousin” because his sister Betty was married to my cousin Nick Borgh.
I will miss our games at Glen Cedars and Bill’s quick comeback anytime we comment on just about anything. RIP my adopted “cousin”.
Joe Brancati.

We were shocked and saddened at Bill’s passing. We first met Bill and Marilyn about 45 years ago when we moved to Markham. They were great travelling buddies and Bill could always make us laugh. Bill, his quick wit and keen sense of humour will be forever remembered.

I'm sorry to hear of Bill's passing and offer my condolences to his family.
I first met Bill when we worked together in Saudi Arabia. He was a great colleague working conscientiously and at the same time making work fun. His sense of humour brought groups together on many different activities. I partnered with Bill on a new function back in Bell Canada and again he was a delight to work with. I remember him with affection.

Sorry to hear this sad news of Bill's passing. I have only fond memories of Bill from our younger days. That would include of course high school & Wexford Hockey League. Both our fathers were coaches and we were on opposite teams. We were both full of energy & to be quite honest, much thinner in those days.
My condolences to Bill's family.

We had the good fortune to have Uncle Bill prepare a speech for our wedding. And boy, did he deliver. It was Bill-crafted puns left, right, and centre -- guests were blown away. In classic Uncle Bill-style, he made us both feel very loved. We'll miss you and never forget you Uncle Bill.

I wanted to extend my condolences to Bill's family. I reported directly to Bill during my day's at CGI. I remember he had a great sense of humour and he always gave me a great perspective although in my more youthful days I did not realize it. I was earlier in my career when we worked together and I found myself as the years went by reflecting on how my time with Bill shaped my career so positively. I have often found myself looking back at this time with him with great fondness. When I found out about his passing from a past colleague I was deeply saddened but the memories with Bill will not be forgotten.

I met Bill in the early 70’s at Bell Canada’s Data Centre on Wynford Drive. I have many good memories in the early days with Bill.
During the last 10 years or so I have many fond memories playing golf with Bill, Gary, Don and Joe sometimes, at Glen Cedars Bill’s local course.
We will all miss Bill’s sense of humour, as you never knew what he was going to say next. If you asked him how he was doing his answer was always “I’am delicious.
I am going to miss you Bill….
Your friend Bob

Bill was my Director at CGI. We had a great team. Bill would always be in charge of ordering food at our month end closures and we had such fun eating as a team. You knew Bill always had your back. He supported us and we worked hard to make him look good. He was too young to go; but now he can play golf with the Angels. Rest in peace Bill.

Sandra, As a kid I remember seeing my dad's monthly food orders for his team written down on a list at home and hearing him call the restaurant that month to put in the order. I remember Swiss Chalet was a popular choice. He was meticulous in ensuring that each of his team members got the right order. He kept playing golf with his dear friends right up until a few days before he passed.
