My very deepest condolences to Katie and the Shilletto family on Cathy's passing. I remember her in high school as an enthusiastic, cheerful, optimistic person with a great smile. She would light up the room. Very sorry to hear of her passing. May Cathy forever rest in peace.
Catherine and I worked together extensively at Crohns and Colitis Canada. She was a wonderful "Gentle Woman". She believed in the power of Philanthropy, and respected the donors. She was respected by her co-workers and donors alike. I will celebrate having known her!
I have had the pleasure of working with Catherine over the years and she was a darling. I so enjoyed her friendship. She was so very proud of her daughter and often updated me on her achievements. I really missed her when our working relationship ended. My sincere condolences to the family. What a great lady who will be missed so much.

Katie, I had the pleasure of working along side your Mom at Southlake Regional Health Centre from 1997-2004. She was the best boss I have ever had and a great Mentor. She taught me so much and I will never forget her. She was one of a kind and my heart goes out to you and your family. She adored you and was so proud to be your Mom.

Dear Katie, Dr. & Mrs. Shiletto and Nick. Whether it was 30 years ago or 3 years ago, I have many great memories of the time spent with Cathy. She was truly clever, insightful, kindhearted and when least expected, absolutely hilarious. My thoughts and prayers are very much with you all.
So sad to hear the news of Cathy's passing. She was such a wonderful shining light wherever she was in her life. I so fondly remember her as one of the first energetic fellow "frosh" I met when I arrived at Queen's in Kingston in the fall of 1980. She was a wonderful life long friend and I / we will truly miss her spirit and kindness that she brought to this world and those who were fortunate enough to get to know her.
