Dear Bill & family, Derek & myself are thinking of you at this time. 1 year has passed and we know how difficult it is to lose your loved one. We have many memories of Betty and they will stay with us for years. One memory I have is that we were talking on the front porch and out of nowhere a lightning bolt goes right in between the porches and touches the front lawn. The hair on the back of my neck stood straight up. Betty & I looked at one another in a scared look and said we need to go in side. Bill, we are just next door and you can count on us for anything.
