I'm so very sorry to hear of Bill's passing. I absolutely adored Bill... I got to know him as both a colleague at Town of WS and a neighbour on Percy, and of course "Ted's ride" when I lived on Lloyd. To Rhonda, Marcus, Leana and families... my most sincere condolences on this huge loss. Peace to your hearts. xo Colleen Clarke

So sorry to hear of Bill's passing. I wish I was there to give you a hug, Rhonda.
Soon after their arrival in Florida, Bill and Rhonda quickly became part of our Florida "family" at Bayshore Gardens. Bill's twinkling eyes and easy smile drew people to him and we got to know, in a small part, the steadfast, caring man that he was. It is said that the measure of a person is not in the career they have had or the money they have amassed, but in the lives he has had touched. We only knew Bill for a short time, but he had a positive impact on all of us. He will certainly be missed and remembered by all who's lives he touched.

We met Bill and Rhonda in Florida and know that he will be missed around our condo complex. He was nice to talk with and always had a pleasant smile for everyone when he came to the pool. He also will be missed in all the games which he participated in around the complex. Not only was he a golfer, he was also a Bingo and Domino player and it was fun when he participated. We were sorry to hear that Bill had passed away and we wish to offer our sincerest condolences to Rhonda and the family.
Sincerely,
Judy Anderson and Terry Taylor
