I was fortunate to have the opportunity to work with Linda on the Revitalization of TRL. She was a champion of the design and made sure the vision was followed through. The Toronto Public Library is a better institution due in part to her efforts and dedication. I'm sad to hear of her passing. My thoughts are with her family.

Kevin Dark and I were saddened to hear of Linda's passing.
We both have lots of memories from the days of North York
Public Library. They were very different times of course, but we
often think of how fortunate we were to have crossed paths with
many remarkable people.
May she rest in peace.

I am deeply saddened by Linda's passing. I learned so much working with her at the Toronto Reference Library -- she helped me to grow as a manager, and a person. Linda had a wicked sense of humour, and a heart of gold. She had two great passions -- public library service and her family. She will be missed by so many.

I would like to offer my condolences to Linda’s family. I worked with her briefly but knew her to be a passionate visionary when it came to library services particularly with the renovation of North York Central and the remaking of the children’s space.

My sincerest condolences to the family, on the passing of Linda. Over the years, I have come to know Linda just by working in the system. My late mother who was on the North York Library Board, probably knew Linda better than I did.
Thinking of you all at this difficult time.
