Dear Chris, Joan, Sarah, Laura & Chris and Family,
On behalf of the people of St. Philip's on-the-hill, I offer you our heartfelt condolences and prayers. Tib lived a lovely and full life and will be dearly missed by many. John and Tib were faithful and fully engaged members of St. Philip's for many years. It was a pleasure to know them and serve together with them in pursuit of the common good. Trusting in the kindness of God, we believe Tib is reunited with her dear John, together in paradise- no more aches and pains, no more Covid lock-downs and oxygen tanks.
Our thoughts are with you all too. Tib was integral to your lives, and you all have been a source of deep joy and pride for her. She loved you all dearly and frequently told me so.
God rest Tib's soul, and grant you each grace day by day as you enter this next chapter of life.
Rev. Stephen Kern

Tib was a gracious lady, always able to make everyone feel special...She was a proud family member, a talented teacher, colleague and friend...as we learned over 50+ years of cherished friendship...
