I am deeply saddened after just hearing of Bob's passing earlier this month. He was generous with his time, with
his attention and with his willingness to help anyone of us who were fortunate enough to be part of Bob's community.
Growing up in Markham during the mid-eighties Bob was an almost a daily presence in my life as Andrew and I played
hockey together and were classmates for a few years. They were wonderful times and Bob played a big role in
providing me an amazing childhood. In fact, as I sit here remembering him at that time, everything about Bob was big:
His stature, his heart, his smile and of course his Suburban.
Please accept my heartfelt condolences on the loss of a great man and the deepest sympathies from our family
to your family. We hope that you find some comfort in your memories and our memories of Bob during this
difficult time.

It was a privilege to have Bob as our beloved next-door neighbor and family friend for 23 years. He used to love sitting out on his front porch and chatting with all the passerby. Bob was always friendly, talkative and jovial. He will be greatly missed by us all. Our deepest sympathies, thoughts and prayers go out to Helen, David, Andrew and family.

We were so saddened to hear of Bobs passing. We will always remember Bob coming around to visit with our family at Sandy Beach Resort especially when he heard all the fun and laughter that was happening at the lake. Walking his dog around the park was one of his favorite things to do.
Our sincere condolences go to the family.

I will always remember Bob Gordon for the weekends at Balsam Lake full of laughter around the campfire, taking us fishing and the time and care he took for us at the soccer field. He will forever hold a place as an excellent role model for me growing up. I am saddened to hear of his passing, we lost a great one who we all felt safe and cared for in his presence.
Wishing you all strength in this difficult time, Paul Bruce.
