Condolences Terry and family.
I had the pleasure of treating Jo on and off for many years. She was quite a lady. Positive, determined and engaging to be sure.
An inspiration to others of how to lead a productive and full life despite the very challenging obstacles she faced.
I am glad to have know her. Peace be with you all.

Jo was the bravest woman that I have ever known Her sense of humour surpassed her MS always and her courage was never failing. I sincerely loved reading her stories that she shared with me. Jo was a tireless volunteer for so many causes and Jo’s love of the theatre and the joy it brought to her sustained her throughout her life. I will miss you Jo, and hope that you are now able to Rest In Peace .

Terri & Family .. so sorry to hear of Jo's passing .. she was always so upbeat. When you came to Dr. Novak's office
Mike always seemed to put her in the smallest office but she was able to maneuver her chair anywhere. We always had lots to talk about until Mike came in & stopped us.
My thoughts & prays are with you at this time

Our sincere condolences are sent to the wonderful Sargent Family. Jo has been a very dear friend for 29 years. We became very fast friends and soon began to call ourselves "sisters". We made some wonderful memories. We cherish these memories everyday. Our love goes out to all of you. Take very good care and please keep in touch.

Philip, I remember your mother from when you attended Grace Church Markham Nursery School. She was always a loving and very caring mother. My thoughts and sympathy are with you and your family at this sad time. Myrtle Wardman
