Brian Kirlin posted a condolence

Played hockey with your dad over 35 years ago for only one season. He never forgot my name. I don't know if the impression I left was good or bad. Over the years we had a drink or two together. He was so friendly and soft-spoken. He will be missed

Derek and David, I am so sorry to hear the news about your father. I have so many memories of Bruce - Walleye Magic, his band playing at Colonel Mustards and New Year’s Eve to name a few. He was a lovely man and I know that when he arrived ‘up there’, Ron was standing right behind your mother to greet him. Heaven may never be the same! I am thinking of you.

Dennis posted a condolence
Saturday, September 26, 2020
So sorry to learn of the passing of your Dad.
Dennis has shared his memory of Bruce playing Puff the Magic Dragon on guitar when Dennis was a boy so many times that it feels like a memory we all have.
Over the past few days, the other memory that surfaced was from when he was here for the wedding to your mom. He built a kite out of dowels, dry cleaner bags, fishline and rags for a tail - it flew perfect! His love and enjoyment of your children is evidenced in some of the pictures you share here and it goes way back.
Hold your memories close. Stay well. Stay safe.
Love Uncle Dennis, Denise, Steven and Marika
