Sandra was one of my dearest friends and I will miss her for the rest of my life. She was the best of us: loyal, positive, kind, funny, honest, salt of the earth, full of life and love. This is such a loss. I look through these comments and those on social media and see how many lives she touched so deeply and I'm not surprised. We're all better people because of Sandra. Jason and Nick, she loved you both so much and she was crazy proud of you and you deserved so much more time together. I send you my love and condolences.

I would like to pass along my sincere condolences to Sandra's sons and family. I knew her from working together for years at Long Tall Sally. I loved her sense of humor and straight shooting conversations! This is such sad news and I am heartbroken for her family. She was so full of life and was always so fun and vivacious! I am honored to have worked alongside of her and been able to have those memories with her. You will be missed Sandra. Rest in peace friend.

Sandra, I miss you. You came into my life , gliding with confidence , poise and style . Always with a smile and excited for the day ahead and what it was going to bring. Caring for your family and friends yet loving them just for who they were. Watching you smile and excited to try new things in your life was beautiful.Just watching you take care of the small things and taking the time to do them properly was relaxing and comfortable for all around you, especially for me. Still numb with the news of Sandra's death. My favourite memories are of our occasional lunch meets at Kelsey's and of course many years of family get-together chats. I will remember her telling me how retail craziness bugged her, especially at holiday times. Yet she would draw strength from within and carry on. A proud & loving mom & for many years, our dear sister-in-law. With love & our deepest condolences Rick, Jason & Nick.

One memory I have is when my sisters and I were young and Sandra and Rick had us over for a sleepover weekend. We stayed up and watched the movie The Dark Crystal. Sandra made it a really fun and "cool" time for us! Whenever I see the movie, I always think of her. We will miss you Sandra!
