Our younger son is a goalie, so we understood the pressure of being Goalie parents. We would always chat before and after Grant's games and try to lend our support, Grant always played amazing! She was beyond supportive and caring, a loving Mom and Wife and she will forever be missed in the arenas. I will always think of her warm smile and her cow bell ringing every time Grant made a save. Lori, the world was a better place with you in it.
I am so glad that girls rode together as it gave us a chance to become fast friends. I loved our weekly chats about our families, hockey, school and travel plans. You were always quick with a joke, an easy smile or a kind comment. You were unapologetically protective of your family and open about your deep love for Paul. I will treasure the memories made watching the girls jump with our hearts thumping, our visit to the Royal, our recess time chats and our drinks/desserts at Symposium.
