A lot of great memories of your mom growing up in Pointe-Claire. I shared a few of them with my family the other day. She always made me feel welcome in your home. Our condolences to you and your family.

Our sincerest condolences from the entire MacFarlane family. Many of our thoughts and memories go back to years we were next door neighbours on Spartan Crescent in Pointe Claire, and all of us children (10 kids between the two families!) growing up there. And despite the distance in later years, my mom and Mrs. Burrell never lost touch. In fact, it was only a few weeks ago they had a lengthy chat on the phone to catch up on things. She will be dearly missed by all of us that knew her.

My heartfelt sympathy to the Burrell family. I can only imagine how hard it is to lose both your parents in such a short period of time. On Spartan Crescent neighbors were like extended family, participating in each other's lives. I remember your mom making my wedding cake, and giving me a wonderful wedding shower with just about everyone on Spartan there. She won't be forgotten. Diane MacFarlane

My condolences to Marianne's family. She was a wonderful person and will be missed. I played Bridge with her for about 10 years. She was full of life and didn't let anything get her down..

Thinking about all of you right now. Marianne was such a bright light, always cheering us on. I am so happy I got to see her a few months ago. She remembered me, even though it had been a few years and was so excited and wanted to hear about everything. She will be greatly missed. May her memory be a blessing.
