Marina was one of my first supervisors at the Catholic Children's Aid Society. She was always welcoming, warm and had a great sense of humour. I can recall so many stories that still bring tears to my eyes from the laughter we shared. Marina had such a huge impact on my career development and growth that I can't express in words. I have truly missed her since her retirement. To her family, I can't image the loss you all feel. Marina's spirit will carry on in your hearts and she continue to embrace you with her spirit.

Marina was my supervisor when I began my work at the Catholic Children's Aid Society ..
She was a wonderful person and mentor who taught me so so much. Above all else Marina had an amazing heart that was caring kind and compassionate. I will always remember her with warm affection and love. Thank you Marina for your many years of guidance and wisdom... May you rest in the peace and in the comforting hands of God

Marina and I worked at the Catholic Children's Aid Society but in different departments. However our shared Cape Breton roots brought conversations only a "Caper" would understand. I'll remember her smile. My sympathy to her family. May you feel the love, comfort and peace of God as you mourn. Rest in peace, Marina. Gemma
