We had the pleasure of caring for Jacinto over the last year and half. Our staff became accustomed to seeing Jacinto at the start of every shift. He always offered a kind "Hello, how are you?" and would proclaim that he has been a "good boy." His smile brightened everyone's day.
"You were such a kind and sweet person. You were such a pleasure to work with and you brought a smile to all of us here every day. We will miss you! May you rest in peace."
"He was always a bright light in the unit, with his friendly smile and willingness to participate in anything and everything. He will truly be missed on the unit."
"I’ll miss him, and our greetings Good morning “my friend” and his smiles and chuckles."
"When I think of him, the first thing I picture is that moment when you say hello and his face suddenly lights up. His eyes would just twinkle and come to life. It always gave me such a warm and comforting feeling."
"I will miss greeting Jacinto 'Papi, Bom Dia' and hearing him reply 'Dom Dia'. I will miss saying his first and last name (leaving out his middle name on purpose) just so I can hear him pronounce his full name Jacinto Maria Guerreiro with his calm and gentle voice, ended with a SMILE always. The RCC-5 West team will forever remember Mr. Jacinto M. Guerreiro. He will be missed greatly. My sincere condolences to the entire Guerreiro family. Rest in peace Papi, you were a wonderful and gentle soul. It was a pleasure providing care for you."
His gentle spirit is missed on our unit. We all could not help but love Jacinto. He will hold a special place in all of our hearts. We send our deepest condolences to his family.
