My deepest condolences to Heidi and the whole family. I’m so glad I had the pleasure of spending time helping Elfriede. She had such an important presence in my life despite my short time being in your mother’s life, she will always be remembered and treasured deeply. She was a kind hearted, selfless woman who I was so grateful to have met. I wish you and your family all the strength to cope with this insurmountable loss.
