Charles will be sorely missed! He was a gentleman, a kind and giving man with a huge sense of humor and a huge love for family and friends. He rocked a smile that lit up a room. And he looked great in his "Monroe sweater"! We love you Charles, R.I.P. xxx

Hi Diane, sorry that I was unable to attend the celebration of Charles life. He was a man that made many smile, always smiling himself. The both of you were always positive and upbeat during his health challenge, both of you kept your head, faith and spirit up.
My prayers and thoughts go out to you and family. The beautiful memories that you created together will live on forever.
May God be with each of you during this difficult time and know that Charles is at rest with the Lord.
Sending you big hugs,
Dena

Today , Friday the 26th of April, something told me to Google your name. To say the least I was shocked at the results. My old friend, I know for about the last 20 years our paths never crossed. Even so I am saddened in your passing. We were best of friends in the 70's , 80's and into the 90's. Best men at our weddings, there for each other through thick and thin. Amazing memories that I still and always will cherish and remember. Thank you. Rest in peace 'Potts' .
Donna and I wish to pass on our condolences to the family , although only Mrs. Potts , Helen , will know us.

I remember when we did the Ride to Conquer Cancer back in 2015, and Charles had t-shirts made up for the team. He helped sell them all, and in doing so raised a big chunk of money for the Princess Margaret Hospital. Him and Diane also helped out with the fundraiser, and I remember being welcomed into their home to help organize things before the event. Welcomed is definitely the word, and we all shared some food and some laughs.
I only got to see Charles once in a while, but he was always a fun guy to talk with.
I'm certainly glad I got a chance to know him at all, and I extend my condolences to his friends, family, and loved ones. My heart goes out to you.
