CLOGSTOUN- PHYLLIS (PHILO) WINNIFRED Passed away peacefully at Markhaven Long Term Care Nursing Home.  Beloved wife of the late Joe Xavier Clogstoun, loving mama of Pauline (Bhanu Wijeyesekera) and Glenroy (Maureen) of Sri Lanka. Loving sister of Harry Tytler (June) and the late Gordon Tytler. Loving nana of Johann (Felinore Surat) and Joel (Kirsten Tatlock) Wijeyesekera and the late Gaston Clogstoun and Christina Clogstoun of Sri Lanka.
