I just found out today through a Yorkshire Terrier breeder that Vicki passed away this past March. We were so shocked and so sorry that she was taken much too soon. We have Bistro, the brother of her champion Citrus, who we named Kylie. He is such a delight and so beautiful. Vicki truly was the Maltese breeder extraordinaire. We kept in touch throughout the years with updates and pictures of our little boy and she always responded in kind with news and pictures of Citrus and her many accomplishments. She was justly proud of what her line produced. Vicki struck us as such a lovely, gentle, kind & honest human being. She will be sorely missed. Our condolences to her family that she spoke of so fondly. Joanne & John

I am so sorry to hear of Vicki's passing. I knew Vicki from the Animal Hosp. of Unionville. I often brought my Springer Spaniel, Bentley, in for a grooming with Vicki and often times when Lori was there helping out. Vicki was so kind and patient with my nervous boy. She was a beautiful, kind, spirit and I will miss her. I feel so deeply for your loss, she was a lovely lady. May you find some peace in the wonderful memories you have of your daughter and sister. I am so sorry to hear of Vicki's passing. I remember when I helped my friend Sandy Coombs (Bower) show her Chinese Cresteds - we would always converse with Vicki and her mom Glenna - both lovely ladies. Vicki was very dedicated to her Maltese and very knowledgeable about dogs in general. I will miss seeing her at shows. My condolences to Glenna and the rest of the family.

I just heard that our dear friend Vicki has passed away and Thomas and I are devastated. Life is so unfair in so many ways but to take Vicki is especially unfair. She is one of the kindest, intelligent, gentle, genuine people we know. I met Vicki approximately 17 years ago ( Thomas knew both Glenna and Vicki through their crested) when Glenna and Vicki hired us to show their Chinese Crested dogs. Both Glenna and Vicki taught me so much about the breed as well as Maltese.. she was a brilliant breeder ,her coat work was sublime, her dogs were immaculate and beautifully groomed AND she was so happy to share her love and knowledge of Maltese. We will miss her, her family will , and the Maltese community will as well. Safe travels my friend, we love you and no one will ever replace you or your dogs.
