I met Lou at No Frills. She was very kind and easy to talk too. She made the most delicious butter tarts, and amazing jams. I’m very blessed to have met such a wonderful lady. My sincere condolences to the family. May she RIP. Jackie Diamond

We could fill pages with beautiful memories of precious moments shared with Louie. She was special and important, to everyone who was blessed to know her.
Having known Louie my entire life, she became a beloved and treasured aunt to me. One of many fond memories was Louie taking me into her flower room, when I was a young child. It was always filled with the most amazing African Violets. Then she would take the time show me her garden, while explaining what the various flowers were, and how they grew. Every time I look at flowers, I think of Louie. I will always remember her generosity, cheery disposition, lovely laugh, time spent together, and our talks on the phone. Louie you are forever in my heart. Love Jane
I met Louie 40 years ago, when Jane and I first became a couple. Louie was special to me for countless reasons. She instantly welcomed me into her heart. Louie was a lady of the highest calibre. She was caring and loving to all who knew her, and was a joy to be around.
Louie didn't hesitate to go out of her way for family, and friends. When Jane and I were married, one miserable winter night 38 years ago, Louie didn’t hesitate to trek all the way from Markham to our Synagogue in Toronto, for a late evening wedding. Neither of us expected her to make such a trip during terrible weather, yet there she was, because for Louie - commitments and being with one’s friends on special occasions, was important to her. Louie, I treasure our time together, and I will never forget you. Love Marty
We extend our deepest sympathies to the family. We know that the loss of Louie is huge. Thankfully, all of us have beautiful memories to help us cope with her absence.
Louie you will never be forgotten. You brightened all of our lives, and were a gift from God.
Sincerely, and with love,
Jane & Marty
