Obituary of Ugo Micone

MICONE, Ugo –

(1948 – 2018) 

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ugo at the age of 70 after a long journey with cancer. Ugo passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, August 26 surrounded by his family. He will be fondly remembered by the people he loved most: his wife of 45 years, Teresa, their two daughters, Erika and Anita, Son-in-Law James, and grandchildren Iain and Hannah. He will be missed by his family and the friends whose lives he touched. Ugo was a kind, loving and generous person whose greatest joy in life was spending time with his family. Friends and family are invited to attend a gathering at the DIXON-GARLAND FUNERAL HOME, 166 Main Street North, Markham on Thursday, August 30^th, 2018 from 6-9 p.m. A celebration of life service will take place on Friday in the Chapel at 11 a.m. Our family would like to thank Dr. Trinkaus at Markham Stouffville Hospital and Dr. Lam and the palliative care team for their care and compassion.
