Our family affectionately refer to our aunt as Chicken Tai Goo to differentiate between our father’s sisters. Tai Goo is Chicken Tai Goo because of the business she and Choi Bak had selling baby chicks and chicken feed. Every Sunday Tai Goo would pick us up in her station wagon and take us to church for 6:00 mass!!
I have fond memories of Tai Goo. She worked hard and had a long and full life.
My thoughts are with the families of Amoy, Betty, Pepin, Ah Tai and Cecil.

I will miss my Ja Po. When I was young I loved playing hand games with her and helping her with jigsaw puzzles. I loved visiting her and loved when she came to visit. I remember how she diligently did her exercises every morning and how strong her faith was.
My daughters remember their A Tai fondly. I will miss her easy laughter and ready smile. She is now in the presence of our glorious Lord. I am happy for her but will miss her dearly.
